good price-value balance, it was lovely stay. the place was very elegant, spotless, had incredible location and rooms. the bed was comfy and it was great having good internet and tea/coffee.

Clean place accompanied by affable staff. Fashionable king suite and the bed was very comfy. Also, I loved how handy the location was. Furthermore, it was relatively near Playground.

The hotel is perfectly clean, with fabulously helpful personal, and offers perfect location next to the city centre and the lake and a hill.
Not that good breakfast, it should be far better.

The staff were all very nice helpful, kind, will definitely go back there again. Had luxurious king room with mountain view as well as lovely views. Gorgeous location, at a medium distance from Df Souvenirs. Early check in and late check out.

A majestic place with an OUTSTANDING view. The room was cool, had an a good size bathroom. Hotel staff gracious and was always available, if required. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of food. I really enjoyed stunning reception.

Lovely base for a 3-night stay. Thanks to valet, who often helped us. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, we were just a short stroll away from kiwi and birdlife park.
The street itself was noisy.

Stunning view from the room. Easy walk to the restaurant Bazaar. Superb base for city trip in Queenstown. We think we totally recommend to anyone.
